SEPI was responsible for Traffic Control and Pavement Marking, Signing Plans and Traffic Signal Designs. SEPI developed Traffic Control and Pavement Marking for the construction of a six lane facility on new location and two interchanges near Myrtle Beach, SC. Signing plans were developed for this project which included approximately 10 miles of ground mounted signing and 20 overhead structures on SC Route 31 from US Route 501 to SC Route 544. Traffic signals were designed to safely direct motorist through numerous traffic patterns at intersections on US 501 during and after construction.
