NC State Fairgrounds Master Plan
SEPI was an integral member of the design team for the NC State Fairground Master Plan. SEPI’s design services included the evaluation of current traffic patterns, environmental impacts and utility systems. We evaluated these area and provided to the State our recommendations of the impacts on potential future development of the Fairgrounds campus.

Fayetteville State University Science and Technology Building

SEPI is civil engineer for the new Science and Technology Building at Fayetteville State University. Site development involves the relocation of existing storm drainage, sanitary sewer, electrical duct banks and fiber optic lines to provide a clear space for the new building on the campus.
