SEPI provided on call full contract management and inspection services for eighteen asphalt rehabilitation projects for the NCDOT, NC Moving Ahead program in Raleigh, NC. While most CEI roadway construction projects involve only inspection, SEPI engineering’s involvement in the Moving Ahead initiative is unique in that the entire scope of the two year initiative was the daily contract management, inspection, and quality assurance of the entire project. The outsourcing of this work represented an unprecedented initiative in North Carolina and developed unparalleled experience within SEPI Engineering Group.
