Holly Park Shopping Center

This project involves a multiphase renovation and expansion of an existing 130,000 square foot Shopping Center. The phases included demolition of existing buildings, a new 10,000 square foot multi-tenant building, a new 12000 square foot Trader Joe's store, exterior renovation and expansion of the Melting Pot restaurant, and exterior renovation of the main building, while maintaining vehicular and pedestrian access to the existing tenants. SEPI's tasks included designing new utility connections, rerouting existing utilities, redesign of parking lot, updating the conservation and site permits from Raleigh, North Carolina.
