SEPI Engineering Group Names Environmental Division Manager
Sepi Asefnia, President of SEPI Engineering Group, has announced that
Phillip C. Todd has joined the firm as Environmental Division Manager. Todd obtained
his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and a Masters Degree in Public
Administration, both from North Carolina State University. Prior to joining the firm, he
managed all natural resources projects for the National Environmental Policy
Compliance and Clean Water Act permitting work for the North Carolina Department of
Transportation. His previous work experience includes positions as Permits Specialist,
Mitigation Specialist and Lead Specialist working on permitting and impact issues
related to wetlands, streams, natural resources, and federal protected species.
“Phillip’s expertise and experience with environmental engineering issues is a great
match for us and we are delighted to have someone with his superior skills and talents
on board at SEPI Engineering Group to ensure that our valued clients’ needs are met,”
said Asefnia.
