Tritest Office Building, Raleigh, NC
Tritest Testing Labs, a well known local testing lab, selected a site for its new corporate headquarters to accommodate its growth. The site offered good access but had challenging terrain.
SEPI provided site engineering for this project which involved a new two-story office building for Tritest that included stormwater bio retention (visible in the foreground). The project involved rerouting offsite stormwater around site along with onsite stormwater detention and nitrogen reduction prior to discharge to city storm drainage. The site allowed ground level entry and loading docks for both levels. Both levels now also have frontal access to allow for pedestrian and delivery capabilities.
