Our Water Resources Group has extensive experience in the study, analysis, design, construction, and monitoring of stream restoration and mitigation projects for a variety of clients. Our engineers analyze existing conditions and produce design plans for restoration of degraded and incised streams using the Natural Channel Design Methodology and develop construction drawings using Microstation and GEOPAK roadway design software. Our goal is to restore streams to their natural state with stable dimension, pattern, and profile, as well as enhance wildlife and aquatic habitat. In addition to stream projects, the group can perform hydraulic design for a variety of roadway improvement projects.
